Dr. Debra Reisinger is a nationally recognized licensed clinical psychologist with deep expertise in behavior management, diagnostic consultation, and evidence-based interventions for children, adolescents, and adults with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disability, and fragile X syndrome. Dr. Reisinger is dedicated to advancing both clinical practice and scientific understanding in her field.

With a doctorate in School Psychology from the University of South Carolina and advanced clinical training at the Kennedy Krieger Institute/Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, Dr. Reisinger brings a wealth of experience to her work with youth, families, and professionals. Her research has focused on developmental trajectories and diagnostic outcomes for youth at high genetic risk for autism, as well as the integration of behavioral and biological markers to inform personalized treatment strategies.

Dr. Reisinger’s published work includes pioneering studies on emotion regulation in youth with neurodevelopmental disorders, clinical trial outcomes in fragile X syndrome, the effectiveness of telehealth interventions for families with autism in underserved communities, and innovative caregiver and teacher training models that empower adults to support positive behavioral change. She is passionate about translating research into practice, ensuring that her consultation services are grounded in the latest scientific evidence.

Through individualized assessment, collaborative consultation, and dynamic training for caregivers and educators, Dr. Reisinger is committed to helping every child reach their fullest potential and supporting families and schools as they navigate the complexities of neurodevelopmental differences.
